Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Bow Return Policy

We strive on our product being the best before we ship it out to you. If there are any issues after receiving your purchase, you will need to contact us and ship it back within 7 days after receiving your item. We will be more than happy to help fix your issue. 

All bows on nylon are final sale since they are one size fits all and custom handmade for your little babe.

All sale items are final.

If your purchased head wrap/top knot is too small/big, it is eligible to be shipped back to us (within 7 days of receiving your item) and sized up or down. Resizing issues are not exchangeable for store credit since all of our items are custom handmade to fit your little babe.

Any holiday bows are not eligible for return or exchange since they

 are exclusive to a certain time or holiday. 

 

Mystery bags & bundle bags are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


All custom name bows are not eligible for return or exchange since they are personalized for your child specifically.

Any bows that come untied within 30 days of purchase will be fixed by J + J free of shipping cost. Any bows that come untied after 30 days of purchase, the customer will be responsible for shipping cost.

Clothing Return Policy

We will gladly accept the return/exchange of any unused, non-sale items purchased within the last 30 days. Items returned that have been clearly worn, washed, or are in otherwise used condition will not be eligible for return.
In order to keep our items at a low price, we do not offer prepaid return labels. However, if you are making an exchange, we will ship the new items back at our expense.
Sale clothing items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Due to hygiene concerns swimsuit are final sale.
We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. In order to continue to afford to offer low prices, please note that in the rare occasion where we feel our policy is being abused, our returns department reserves the right to refuse returns in excess of once monthly, and/or charge a restocking fee. All exchanges with the exception of sizing concerns will be exchanged for the same size as originally purchased.
